New Episode of the CI Podcast: Ellen Naylor on Cooperative Intelligence

I'm happy to announce that a new episode of the Competitive Intelligence Podcast: Ellen Naylor on Cooperative Intelligence.

Ellen introduces us to the concept of Cooperative Intelligence. She shares anecdotes from her experience as both a practitioner of CI at C&P and Bell Atlantic in the 1980s and early 1990s as well as her experience as a CI consultant. Ellen's experience illustrate the importance of generosity, patience, listening and clear communications to the success of CI programs and professionals.
