<li>Bachelors degree (or equivalent business experience).</li>
<li>10+ years experience in competitive analysis/intelligence or related research field.</li>
<li>Experience in Financial Services or Insurance industry, or related field.</li>
<li>Project/process management experience.</li>
<li>Experience leading large project efforts.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.</li>
<li>Knowledge of statistics or other quantitative techniques or disciplines.</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of relevant data analysis tools.</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of relevant industry data sources.</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of relevant industry techniques (i.e., SWOT, scenario planning, etc.).</li>
<li>Critical thinking/analysis and ability to identify trends.</li>

<p>Sedulo is looking for a Senior Analyst to conduct primary interviews in the European market. The analyst should have a strong background in life sciences as well as experience working on pharmaceutical based CI projects. Ideal candidates would have several years of experience conducting primary interviews, and be able to leverage global sources across Europe.</p>

<p>The Senior Analyst is a leadership position intended for personnel that have advanced academic credentials, significant industry experience outside of CI or that have a strong background in competitive intelligence. The Senior Analyst position is a fulltime salaried position.</p>

<p>The primary role of the Senior Analyst is to provide primary and secondary research support to Sedulo Group projects. As a Senior Analyst, it is expected that the employee can perform these duties autonomously. Within the dynamic of a project team, Senior Analysts are expected to provide leadership and coaching to Analysts and Support Analysts.</p>

<p>In addition to supporting projects through research, the Senior Analyst may be given opportunities to manage projects. In such cases, the Senior Analyst will be expected to work under the direct supervision of a senior staff member. </p>

<p>Senior Analysts report directly to project managers for matters concerning project assignments, schedule and evaluation. At times Senior Analysts may be tasked by members of the Sedulo Group Management Team; however it is understood that you will work with your immediate supervisor to de-conflict and prioritize your taskings.</p>
