Job Description

As Primary Intelligence continues to grow as the market leader in providing win loss analysis and customer experience solutions, the company seeks a Program Consultant to join its team.


This senior role acts as the business unit manager for assigned clients and manages the day to day relationship with those clients once a sale has been made and the contract has been signed. You will become a trusted advisor with your clients’ stakeholders (product marketing, product management, voice of the customer, sales support and sales management executives). You will need to understand your clients’ key business needs and requirements and help stakeholders achieve their objectives and drive significant return on their investments in Primary Intelligence’s solutions.


As the Program Consultant you will be responsible for coordinating and executing win loss analysis and customer experience programs for your clients, including study design, interview development, telephone interviews with buyers, data analysis, consulting and written reporting.


Successful candidates will be able to function well in a fast-paced, team environment and be passionate about helping clients achieve their objectives through the implementation of our win loss analysis and customer experience solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of your clients’ products and industry
  • Ability to understand clients’ strategic objectives and challenges
  • Interview client’s executive-level buyers to gather actionable data about the buying process and sales experience
  • Critically evaluate data collected from buyers and make strategic and tactical-level recommendations to stakeholders
  • Actively consult and work with senior-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
  • Prepare and deliver written analysis of data collected as well as group presentations of analysis results
  • Act as a champion/evangelist of win loss analysis and customer experience to all stakeholders and users within client organizations

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline required, MBA preferred
  • Product marketing, product management, sales experience and/or market research experience
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative market research
  • Must have a demonstrated superior ability to analyze data and translate that analysis into specific actions and recommendations for clients
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellent project management skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including strong background with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation applications
  • Very customer-service oriented
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial, can-do approach coupled with a strong desire and passion to make a difference
