I have a strong interest in consumers’ insight and an innate passion for researching facts and measuring trends to produce intelligence to support decision-making.
I first became interested in understating consumers purchasing behaviours and markets while I was working in the packaging industry. In my career, I had the fortune to work with consumers’ focus organizations where I actively contributed to their successful loyalty program by implementing the Company CRM system and by understanding the external environment to better formulate and communicate actionable insight.
Through my Business Degree course, I have been able to improve my ability to understand organizations and their environments and in particular how people interact with the Internet for networking and knowledge sharing. I have gained strong experience in business intelligence and have sound understanding of the competitive intelligence discipline. While at University, I have also been able to utilise my skills in working with local businesses through a variety of PR and marketing jobs.
My interest in CI is fueled by curiosity to find out more about what drives organizations to succeed in their environment.

Any insights would be helpful.
I use e-sobi. It is a rss and podcast feed reader. I can add the feeds I want, I can store pages for later use, I can set alerts. Seems to be more powerful than the free readers. SInce you can organize it the way you want, it provides a way to quick…
