In terms of the loyalty industry, I have experience in developing and managing loyalty programs or customer relationship programs for financial institutions and other organizations. In my CI practice, I specialize more in insurance and financial services but we also do studies on loyalty programs for healthcare companies, pharmaceutical companies, and companies that provide loyalty or customer relationship programs. Well getting a clean feed takes a combination of good web-sources and appropriate taxonomy-based semantic filters. It seems your friend's RSS is clean and thus it may be worth to look at his/her taxonomy. Any insight?
Indeed Richard you seem pretty well covered as far as information retrieval is concerned.
What about analysis, sharing, collaboration with others? What about aggregating those feeds together?
