Event Description

„Abwehr“ und „Angriff“ sind die beiden Arbeitsformen eines Competitive Intelligence Professionals. Bei der zweiten Jahreskonferenz des ICI werden wir uns auf diese Themen konzentrieren. Unter der fachlichen Leitung von Prof. Dr. Litzcke und Prof. Dr. Wagner werden am ersten Konferenztag (20.4.2010) Wissenschaftler, Experten der Unternehmenssicherheit, der Wirtschaftspsychologie und der Nachrichtendienste die "Schwachstelle Mensch" unter verschiedenen Aspekten der Abwehrmöglichkeit von Wirtschaftsspionage beleuchten. Diese Thematik wird in Deutschland häufig vernachlässigt, schließlich gilt es als unschicklich, über Schäden durch Wettbewerber oder gar staatliche Dienste zu sprechen.
Am zweiten Konferenztag (21.4.2010) kommen Referenten zum Thema "Competitive Intelligence zur Unternehmensstrategieentwicklung" zu Wort. Gerade in Zeiten, die durch eine Wirtschaftskrise gekennzeichnet sind, kann Competitive Intelligence nachhaltige strategische Wettbewerbsvorteile generieren. Anhand von Fallstudien werden daher pragmatische Lösungsansätze zu offensiven Wettbewerbsstrategien gestützt auf Competitive Intelligence aufgezeigt.
Ein Rahmenprogramm, bestehend aus Konferenzempfang und gemeinsamem Abendessen, bietet ausreichend Gelegenheit zum Networken und Vertiefen von Themen. Die Jugendstil-Stadt Bad Nauheim bietet mit ihrem Ambiente und der unmittelbar nach der Tagung beginnenden hessischen Landesgartenschau die richtige Kulisse zu dem führenden Competitive- Intelligence-Treffen in Deutschland.
