A one-day workshop dedicated to help you cut costs, save time and improve your ability to find and use web-based business information sources.

This course aims to improve the research skills of business professionals and advance their ability to find and use information on their customers, competitors and markets.

You will be shown how to successfully exploit a range of business-critical information sources; how to dramatically reduce the time you spend searching the Internet (while also improving the accuracy and relevance of your search results); and how to use a range of web-based tools and technologies to boost your efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
