About Me:: I've worked in the field of information technology for over 20 years, beginning my career in computer programming in the engineering industry, then in systems network engineering for information system consultancies.

Prior to joining Citrix, I developed and led the innovative Win/Loss Review program at Microsoft Corporation which emphasizes the collection, analysis and use of competitive intelligence gathered from the field sales teams.
