In terms of the loyalty industry, I have experience in developing and managing loyalty programs or customer relationship programs for financial institutions and other organizations. In my CI practice, I specialize more in insurance and financial services but we also do studies on loyalty programs for healthcare companies, pharmaceutical companies, and companies that provide loyalty or customer relationship programs. I am in your country enjoying the good food and the best city I have ever seen (Paris). By I was said by a Parisan today that I will be impressed by Rome.
