- About Me:
- I got my Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin. My thesis was on special libraries. Next, I worked as a Librarian at IBM's corporate library in Austin, providing research for product development, corporate acquisitions and competitor analysis. In 1988, I founded Working Knowledge to provide research and writing services on business topics. I've been doing that ever since!
