Active Duty Military, first year PhD student in Systems Engineering, at the University of Virginia.
My Interest in Competitive Intelligence is:
Academic, somewhat relevant to my dissertation topic.
Looking to help the U.S. strategic intelligence community to define value of information. Currently, much of the value comes in the way of classification, which happens at the collection step of the intelligence cycle. Trying to find and define value at the analysis step as well.
