Active Duty Military, first year PhD student in Systems Engineering, at the University of Virginia.
My Interest in Competitive Intelligence is:
Academic, somewhat relevant to my dissertation topic.
Looking to help the U.S. strategic intelligence community to define value of information. Currently, much of the value comes in the way of classification, which happens at the collection step of the intelligence cycle. Trying to find and define value at the analysis step as well.

Hi Christopher: Glad to have you here in the Ci Ning community. I hope that you will find this to be a good place to share ideas and network with others from around the globe. A fair number of us are from academe and are likely to be cognizant of (at least a few) the paths you are about to walk. Let me know if I can be of assistance, and best wishes for your success.
