Great initiative,
I'm working in the same field and particularly the same region. We have held the Competitive Intelligence forum last year in Abu Dhabi. The aim of the forum was to raise awareness on the importance of the CI discipline through a definition of the concept, case studies on how a company can be targeted by a disinformation campain, and a panel of discussion.
I would be glad to share with you some knowledge about the discipline.
