About Me:
As Chief Technology Officer, Michael M. Richardson is responsible for the overall strategic direction of SelectMinds corporate social networking solutions including technology development, deployment and product strategy. With more than 25 years of high tech and engineering experience, Michael has served in key executive leadership and CTO posts at many leading edge global technology companies, serving the needs of Global 2000 organizations.

Prior to joining SelectMinds, Michael served as CTO at Sterling Infosystems, a leading provider of pre-employment screening and human capital management services. While there, Michael overhauled the company’s product vision and global technology strategy, driving the development of an entirely new enterprise technology platform, and related new products. Under his leadership, Sterling Infosystems was recognized for national Product Technology prowess two years in a row by InfoWorld Magazine, through their Top Ten Technology Project Awards.

Michael has also held leadership positions at other top technology companies including Smart Systems Technologies Inc, Eventra, InterWorld Corporation, and HP. Michael is a graduate of the University Of Minnesota Institute Of Technology where he received dual Bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering and has more than 18 patents to his credit.
