- Mr. Dozier is a Physicians Assistant and holds a Masters of Science in Forensic Science. He currently works as an expert witness for Forensic Elucidates based out of Bethel, Alaska and is the Director of Incident Analyst for the United States Counter Intelligence Agency He has completed advanced coursework, achieving multiple certifications in Criminal Profiling, Forensic Statement Analyst, Forensic Medicine, Advanced Intelligence Operations, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, and Disaster Preparedness. He also is a certified Negotiator and Arbitrator.
In his current position as an Incident Analyst for the United States Counter Intelligence Agency, Mr. Dozier collects and assess open source intelligence information from across the globe and redistributes relevant information in value-added time sensitive reports to corporate and government consumers.
As an expert witness for Forensic Elucidates, Mr. Dozier, Gathers and evaluates evidence from victims, vehicles, and scenes of crimes. Analyzes the data scientifically, and gives expert opinion which may help to convict or prove the innocence of a persons accused of a crime. He is an appointed expert witness for many courts throughout the United States.
