- My experience comes from Intelligence Analysis and Counterintelligence Services. I worked as Advisor for U.S. Ambassador’s in Romania and Gov, with responsibilities in this area. Tactical Operational Intelligence OSINT Intelligence Collector/ Operator with experience across multiple disciplines. Direct experience with USSS - Advance Protective Team, RSO and NSA; Military Source Operations, Executive Protective Management, Liaison and Advanced Defense Security operations. Intelligence Analysis, I have cooperation with U.S. and Israeli agencies, and have vast experience in the areas of protection, security, intelligence. I have attended many courses in mental conditioning and physical conditioning for prepare operators in different situations and theatre, the techniques of manipulation of the conversation and management of panic, and management staff recruitment.
Career specialising in the study of: organisation and management of national and defence intelligence institutions; role of and policy concerning intelligence institutions in government; comparative study of intelligence institutions and concepts; intelligence analytic training and methodology; intelligence agencies and cyber-security; intelligence professionalisation, standards and doctrine.
Professional experience in organizational and administrative optimization, the protocol and organizing special events and private safety and security management.
I am a man interested in politics, a supporter of moderate liberalism that does not neglect the social side. I strongly believe in the power of ideas and projects that can be analyzed and discussed.
Strong personality with principles, with highly developed sense of humor, spontaneous, open mind, sociable and idealistic.
