Double-dip: What should CI pros do?

I was wondering what you would do now should that event happens within the next 6 months:
- How CI pros may survive the double-dip should it happens?
- Which actions should CI pros take now so that their corporate employers get better prepared to that situation?
- How may the CI community organize to better prevent that event at an national/international scale, should that question has a sense.
