Researcher, adviser, scholar, university professor, community volunteer, and distance cycling enthusiast. I'm probably best known in the CI community for having written or edited a variety of books (which are also in over a dozen languages - see my pictures for the covers of some of these books) on applied intelligence analysis and managing competitive intelligence. These are published by Financial Times, Greenwood, Praeger, Pearson, Prentice Hall, Springer Palgrave, and FT Press, among others.

Around the globe, I regularly conduct workshops and/or teach individuals of all experience levels subjects such as managing competitive intelligence, business and competitive analysis, competitive technical intelligence (CTI), strategic management, business planning and policy.
An internationally-focused academic who has held two B-school deanships and endowed research chairs, full professorships at several universities and presented or taught in over sixty countries, I served six years as the Chief Analytics Officer (CAO) and six more as its Chief Learning Officer (CLO) prior to that at one of the globe's top CI consultancies Aurora WDC, I am adjunct Full Professor an a Course Director with the Institute of Health and Equity at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Docent in the graduate Faculty of Business and Technology Management at Tampere University (FI), a graduate faculty member in the Macquarie Graduate School of Management's global MBA program (AU), graduate MScom faculty member at Università della Svizzera italiana (CH), and also associated with Leicester Business School (UK), Pretoria (ZA), Coastal Georgia (US), and Windsor (CA), among others.
Thank you Craig for your welcome words and thank you for all your commitement to promote scientific/academic research in the Competitive Intelligence arena.
Thank you Craig. Likewise I look forward to both interact with you along 2011 as well as to have your relevant contribution on the IntelCollab initiative.
I got really caught up with Resilience concept and your comment on the lack of research in the area even more. Would you be interested/available to co-author a paper on the subject of Resilience?
