About Me:: I am a senior security advisor to the chief security officer of Cisco, where I focus on intellectual property strategies. In addition to being the senior security advisor, I lead the Global Investigate Support team, providing forensic support to the enterprise; the Government Security Office, addressing global national industrial security support and administration; and the Global Threat Analysis team providing geopolitical, economic and security analysis. Prior to joining Cisco, I had a 30+ yr career as a national security executive, and worked in South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Europe and Latin America where I acquired a deep understanding of the people, cultures and business practices in these respective areas.

My Interest in Competitive Intelligence is:: Contributing to the conversation - as my professional focus is on the creation of effective security stratagem for small, medium and large enterprises in the protection of their intellectual property.
