I am the Global Knowledge Sharing Supervisor at our Ecolab Naperville location. I have been with Nalco now Ecolab for 28 years and 15 of those years in GKS (formerly Library). I am responsible for 3 staff members and my assigments consist of market research, employee training, literature searches, budget control and expenditures and other responsibiliites.
