I'm not sure that systematically collecting information that was illegally leaked would pass muster in a US corporate setting. I think it opens up the company to too much downside legal risk. I think the Coke vs Pepsi case had this issue at its core. I'm curious to see what others think.

totally agree with you! that's why I'm in the penultimate slide about this and said - Do not store the corresponding files(arhive) in the office, better to use the REMOTE ACCESS! It is very important in Russia, as the legal risks are very high!
