It is indeed a small world. Looks like you work in the growing mobile space. Good for you! Let me know if you wanna talk more about win/loss. I can refer you to a number of sources. Rick's book is one of my favorites since he is so thoughtful and is a psychologist (not really) in how he gets sales to provide some win/loss data. He includes a lot of things to think about when starting a win/loss process, and his end results is an awesome database that sales can deep dive into even while on the way to a client's. However, this is win/loss review and the analysis is not that deep, but is very effective due to the number of end points/sales data in the database.
I like cooperative intelligence since it makes me think about why someone will be motivated to share with me and takes the focus off me and on them. This is a key when starting a CI process in my experience.
