Comply with established legal and ethical standards, and promote competitiveintelligence collaboration and awareness throughout the company. Requirements include a 4 year degree in Business Administration,Marketing or related field. MA/MS/MBA preferred.Minimum of five years work related experience required. Background in agriculture or related field preferred. Must have excellent planning and organizational, problem-solving, analytical, oral and written communication, and presentation skills. Time management, decision-making, and relationship building skills are required, along with basic negotiating skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit high accuracy and attention to detail is essentialRequires thorough understanding of agricultural production and current domestic and international trends, as well as knowledge of agricultural agencies and data sources.
