ETS (www.ets.org) seeks a Director, Competitive Intelligence to plan, organize and lead their competitive intelligence activities globally.  Responsible for a small team of professionals, the
Director will identify intelligence needs of key stakeholders and put in place disciplined processes to gather and disseminate data.  Delivering incisive analysis and competitive recommendations, the Director will influence strategic decision-making at ETS.

- practical view of business; intelligence output has impacted strategic
direction/investment
- strong communication skills and history of influencing stakeholders
- track record of managing staff and deliverables of a global
intelligence group.

You know these guys have been looking to fill this job for oh gee what about a year and a half...hmmmm....wonder why they cant fill it? Maybe its just that no one wants to move to NJ?
