About Me:
Since 2004 I have been working with Business Intelligence solutions, formerly in the role of end user and currently as a BI and CI business consultant at Dink Intelligence, part of Redwood International Business Group. As challenging as Business Intelligence may be, I felt like there was more. Gradually I started working in the field of Competitive Intelligence, which I have been doing since early 2006.

My Interest in Competitive Intelligence is:
Unlike BI, Competitive Intelligence is less obvious and less commonly accepted yet. Therefore it's more of a challenge to convince people of the true value of Competitive Intelligence and help companies to get their Competitive Intelligence activities to a higher level.

I don't have Dutch roots, I used to have BVN (bij Vlaanderen en Nederland) television in my apartment for some reason with our cable package. American television is stupid, so I watched yours for about a year. Dutch is close to English, right? Anyhow, I'll be reading your blog in whatever language!
