About Me:: For 25 years as an Operation Officer and an Intelligence Officer in the French Army, then for 10 years as a consultant, I have acquired a very strong experience about operation and information management, risks ans crisis management, competitive intelligence and business management. That includes more than 8 years in foreign military and civil missions (Chad, Dagestan, Djibouti, Ethiopia, France, Polynesia, Gabon, Guyana, Guinea, India, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Mali, Qatar, Russia, Switzerland, Ukraine).

My Interest in Competitive Intelligence is:: I am involved in two businesses. From 2004 to 2011, I was co-director for Int-Eco Consulting®, a french CI firm. And in 2010, I created a sole trader activity in Ireland, focused on CI training activities (www.loiclucas.eu). In December 2011 I created POLUS INTELLIGENCE (www.polus-intelligence.eu), a CI firm based in Dublin (Ireland)
