There are two of us who will be talking on competitive intelligence topics at AIIP's pre-conference workshops: Arthur Weiss and me, and both workshops are on April 2.

My talk is in the morning and Arthur's is in the afternoon. I will speak on how to use conversation to optimize data collection. This will be elicitation on steroids. Arthur's talk will be a more general talk about competitive intelligence and how to use it to keep your customers.

Hope to see some of you there. You will never get my workshop on elicitation at this price again. Check out the AIIP pre-conference workshops website. We are listed in alphabetical order by timeframe. The other speakers are awesome too, just not focused on CI.
