Event Description

Research and Analysis for Professionals is a modular, six-day program intended to give public and private sector professionals the skills they need to increase their productivity and effectiveness. You will be shown how to identify your information needs; find and monitor valuable sources of information; search the Internet effectively; analyse customers and competitors; and apply your research and analytical efforts in support of better strategy and decision making.

Module 1: Research Methods, 13 - 14 October 2010, 8.45 - 17.00h
Module 2: Analytical Methods, 28 - 29 October 2010, 9.00 - 17.00h
Module 3: Analysis to Strategy, 10 - 11 November 2010, 9.00 - 17.00h
Module 4: Personal Consultation Dates to be scheduled with individual participants

Participants can attend one or all of the modules as per their interests. If you complete the full six-day program, you are entitled to a free, half-day consultation to evaluate the application of course content to your workplace and discuss your research and analytical needs further.
