This approach can help organizations to explore new mysteries more effectively while also driving better performance improvement in the day to day business. However, striking the correct balance is difficult in organizations where analytical thinking continues to dominate.

This session will explain through case studies how some organizations have transformed themselves into design-thinking enterprises and found both greater validity in their solutions to customer problems as well as reliability in their operations.
