Tactical, Operational & Strategic Analysis of Markets, Competitors & Industries
The second in our series of CI Division educational webinar programs, State (and State-of-the-Art) of CI and KM in Emerging Markets: BRICS, focuses on India. Varsha Chitale, Director, ValueNotes will provide an overview of Competitive Intelligence in India, a relatively new discipline in the country. CI is increasing rapidly throughout India, thanks to the increased participation of global players in the country's economy and an increase in the level of competition.
India poses many challenges for a CI practitioner, including lack of documentation, often out-of-date or unreliable statistics, regional diversity, and prevalence of unethical practices. Join Ms. Chitale as she describes the innovative methods that Indian CI companies and professionals are using to mitigate these challenges. Our International Relations chair, Barbie Keiser, will introduce the speaker and close the hour with a preview of the Division's upcoming session at the 2014 annual conference in Vancouver, Borderless CI.
