She gives behaviour training lessons for portuguese police, specially for C.I. - Corpo de Intervenção (riot police).
Elsa has a Pos-Graduation in Information Warfare and Competitive Intelligence in Military Academy and Communication Degree in Lusófona University.

Well getting a clean feed takes a combination of good web-sources and appropriate taxonomy-based semantic filters. It seems your friend's RSS is clean and thus it may be worth to look at his/her taxonomy. Any insight?
