I am a Professor of Marketing at the University of South Africa's Graduate School of Business Leadership. My interest in Competitive Intelligence? I worked in the South African telecommunications industry in market research and competitive intelligence, and have a research interest in the way that intelligence supports strategic and marketing decision-making.

I'm doing very well Peet - thanks - looking forward to SCIP next month as my last travel of the spring before being "grounded" by my wife as we grapple with Baby #3 arriving May 9th. They'll have us outnumbered at that point, I'm afraid, so our only hope is to try and "turn" one of the first two into a defector to the parents side. ;-)
