- I've worked in the field of information technology for over 20 years, beginning my career in computer programming in the engineering industry, then in systems network engineering for information system consultancies.
I'm currently Senior Director, WW Sales Enablement and Productivity at Ctrix Systems, Inc., where one of my accountabilities is the management of the win/loss review program.
Prior to joining Citrix, I developed and led the innovative Win/Loss Review program at Microsoft Corporation which emphasizes the collection, analysis and use of competitive intelligence gathered from the field sales teams.
