Hi there.... I am not going either. I have suggested to Eric that he needs to sets the rules and a framework for the discussion. In other words, someone has to take a leadership role to herd us cats so to speak. Sadly I don't think that will happen if Eric wants it to be collaborative. So cynically I think we are just going round in circles particularly when I read all the comments so far.
