Last week we had a good SCIP conference in Chicago with a lot of interesting topics and new findings. If anyone is interested in an overview of some of the topic from the SCIP conference please let me know and I will arrange a brief local overview of some of the key topics. Depending on the number of people and locations we can set this up as a session in Melbourne or Sydney or a web session (please indicate your preference).

Well getting a clean feed takes a combination of good web-sources and appropriate taxonomy-based semantic filters. It seems your friend's RSS is clean and thus it may be worth to look at his/her taxonomy. Any insight?
Indeed Richard you seem pretty well covered as far as information retrieval is concerned.
What about analysis, sharing, collaboration with others? What about aggregating those feeds together?
