- Graduated in Engineering a Master's degree in Economic Intelligence of the UBO, Santiago (Chile) and one DIE of the same UBO in Economic Intelligence, Defense and Strategy.
1. At present I get out of debt like manager of level administration of service and contracts with clients in a BPO division in the company with one strong component technological complemented of the exercise of the good practices of ITIL, in addition to the component financier. In this area one of my points loudly is the performance in the handling and resolution of conflicts, accompanied by a study and preparation in the theory of resolution of conflicts and theory of games. Another excellent attribute is the capacity of observation and comprehension of the problem from the point of view of the business, service or strategic resource of the client and his possible solution. I have nearly two decades of experience in ITO and Centers of Prosecution of Information and Computer science.
2. In this moment I am poured out to create a (qualified) studies program for proposition the year 2009 in the UBO, for the Administration of Contracts and Strategic Agreements, principally based on the good practices of the IACCM (International Association for Contract and Commercial Management) of which one I am a member.
3. Another parallel and complementary activity to the point number 2 is the activity for more than 5 years in Chile of Economic, Strategic and Competitive Intelligence, function in which one is the future of the business and way of surviving and of being employed at a changeable, complex and encompassed world. The comprehension in this one field is wide, with a deep knowledge of the doctrine of military intelligence and the chore of an analyst, adapted to the current strategic needs. At present I am member of the following world associations linked to the matter like SCIP (Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals), IACSP (International Association for Counterterrorism and Security Professionals) and AFCEA International (association government, industry, and academy grasp an ethical for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the fields of communications forum, IT, intelligence, and global security).
4. In the field of the investigation I interest in the implantation in Chile and his diffusion of the system TRIZ anagram in Russian of Advanced Theory of Problem solving, together with an average level of practice and study the English and Russian language.
