I ran a Competitive Technical Intelligence program for NRC. My team was composed of Technical Business Analysts and Information Specialists deliver CTI services across Canada to the National Research Council of Canada institutes and programs in a variety of science & technology areas.

I now am an Industrial Technology Advisor for the Industrial Research Assistance Program still with the National Research Council of Canada.

N'hésite pas à t'inscrire au groupe "France" et à intervenir dans le débat.
Pour ma part, je suis particulièrement intéressé à ce que recouvre le terme d"Intelligence des Affaires" au Canada...cette expression n'existe pas en France, mais peut-être qu'elle correspond le mieux à ce que devrait représenter SCIP France...L'IE en France est une notion qui recouvre en grande partie la défense du partimoine de l'entreprise (lire le rapport Carayon, qui est instructif sur le sujet), et qui implique forcément les pouvoirs publics. C'est très différent de la vision des pays anglo-saxons. Je suis membre de SCIP (USA) et participe à ses conférences.
