About Me:
Vivian has been managing competitive intelligence in high tech companies since 2001. Her interests include business blindspots, technical CI, and web 2.0 technologies. She holds a BA in journalism (cum laude), an MBA specializing in marketing, and is a certified graduate of the ACI in Cambridge. She speaks English and Spanish at mother-tongue level, and has given up on ever writing proper Hebrew.
