I stay at the Renaissance Amsterdam. It is a little closer to Central Station and a 5 minute walk from the Krasnapolsky. Can be kinda pricey if you cannot get a corporate rate.

Hi Angelo,

Thanks for joining our Australian CI community.

To introduce myself, I am the Managing Direct of Infoready, an Information management consulting firm specialising in Competitive Intelligence, Business Intelligence and Data Management. My particular specialisation is in business process, technology / applications and solutions to enable Information Management. Some of our offerings include technology applications to enable CI, organisation wide CI, governance, and one of the more popular offering in this economy is low cost CI solutions and expanding informaiton sources. Infoready also work closely with various CI research companies and complex information sourcing companies.

A few of us in the CI domain are actively trying to build up our CI community in Australia and New Zealand so we can all help each other implement and operate world class CI functions. We also run some free webinars on CI topic that interest our members, the most recent I ran last week was on SCIP09 Conference highlights including topics on CI Best Practice model, CI and Web 2.0, Using your sales force better in CI, and Tagging / Taxonomies in CI Information.

Let me know if there is anything I can help you out with.
