About Me:
Heather Disher is Director of Bluside, a consulting company specialising in strategic solutions and marketing projects with a focus on Employer Branding, Knowledge Management, Human Resources - Engagement, Recruitment, Retention, Rewards Compensation, Learning and Development and Competitive Intelligence. Since returning from living in the US and UK while running a US software business and the global development team 2001/2002, I've worked with and consulted to many Australian, Asia Pacific and Global Fortune 100 companies.

As one of only a few people in the world with speciliast skills in Employer Branding (EB) and a working knowledge of CI, Heather is the forefront of these developing business tools.

Heather has worked with company's in very industry and is well placed to understand their current and future needs to continue to operate in a much larger global environment.
