- Heather Disher is Director of Bluside, a consulting company specialising in strategic solutions and marketing projects with a focus on Employer Branding, Knowledge Management, Human Resources - Engagement, Recruitment, Retention, Rewards Compensation, Learning and Development and Competitive Intelligence. Since returning from living in the US and UK while running a US software business and the global development team 2001/2002, I've worked with and consulted to many Australian, Asia Pacific and Global Fortune 100 companies.
As one of only a few people in the world with speciliast skills in Employer Branding (EB) and a working knowledge of CI, Heather is the forefront of these developing business tools.
