About Me:: Originally from the UK, I have worked with competitive intelligence and knowledge management for more than fifteen years. My industry knowledge spans high-tech, finance, healthcare, and media & entertainment. I was part of the founding knowledge management team of IBM, and have delivered competitive intelligence and knowledge management projects in Europe, South Africa, and the United States. Clients have included Deutsche Bank, ABSA Bank, Bechtel, the Council for Scientific & Industrial Research, American Express, and several smaller high-tech companies in the Silicon Valley area.
